Absolutely brilliant management and communication from the property management, Blue Sea Villas. The house is very nice and well equipped kitchen. Great views of the mountains. The photos don’t do the property justice. We found it better than the photos. The pool is great with 6 sun beds with umbrellas. There are nice tables back and front of the property.

Gestión y comunicación absolutamente brillante de la administración de la propiedad, Blue Sea Villas. La casa es muy bonita y cocina bien equipada. Con buenas vistas de las montañas. Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la propiedad. Lo encontramos mejor que las fotos. La piscina es genial con 6 tumbonas con sombrillas. Hay bonitas mesas en la parte trasera y delantera de la propiedad.

This is my third year using Blue Sea Villas and every year high standards they set are not only matched, they are improved!

This year I booked a two bedroom apartment in Casa Oasis. On arrival to the apartment it was in pristine condition, well maintained, lovely pool and well situated with the beach, bars and restaurants literally a few minutes walk away. The apartment has all what you need and more to add to the wonderful resort of Mojacar. I will be back again next year

We stayed in the beautiful casa fella the last week of august. From the first contact Wendy and her team were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I were a bit dubious transferring money as some friends of ours had been conned and lost a lot of money, but I can categorically say, don’t worry, they are totally legit! They did give me another way to pay, which I did for the deposit, but used a bank transfer for the remainder with no problems at all. In fact our £200 security deposit was returned the day after we left, very impressed with that. We had no problems being there other than the first night when the electrics went off, but a frantic call to Wendy (on a Sunday night) solved the problem immediately. The villa itself is stunning, the owners have clearly put an awful lot of thought into the decor and equipment with very high end furnishings, there was nothing we could think of that wasn’t already there, just perfect. Great location a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, it is set on a bit of hill so harder walking back, but with all the lovely restaurants around, that walk was needed! All in all, a fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!

Blue Sky Villas have made me rethink a long held belief that all property agents are “x” amount commission and the balance, confusion!

We arranged a long term rental, our third in Spain, back in February and genuinely found Wendy and her team to be more than helpful. The villa had been rented previously and before we could move in needed a bit of TLC, as rentals often do. Everything we felt needed doing was done to a high level and we were very pleased.

During our first three months we have encountered the odd thing that needs repairing or replacing – our villa is around 20 years old – and each time the problem has been sorted with maximum efficiency and speed.

My wife and I could not recommend BSV highly enough.

We have just completed a 3 month summer stay at one of Wendys properties on the edge of Turre. The villa was a very pleasant modern villa with pool. It is about a 15 minute walk into town which offers a good range of restaurants and bars with a decent supermarket. It is also a great base to explore both the coast and the mountains.

Wendy and her team are excellent to deal with. They were very helpful in arranging viewings of a number of properties to help us decide on what was suitable. We had spent quite a lot of time whilst previously in the area trying to arrange viewings with other companies. People who are looking for a rental could make the process simpler by simply going to Blue Sea Villas first.

The rental process was completely trouble free and we had a great stay for the summer.
