This first floor, bright and modern two bed, two bath apartment is located in Al Andalus Hills, a private community close to the beach at Vera Playa, that boasts both indoor and outdoor communal pools for swimming all year round, as well as well maintained gardens and a children s play area.
We access the apartment via one flight of stairs that lead to the front door. We enter the apartment directly into the open plan living dining area, with comfortable sofas, Wi-Fi, UK and Spanish TV and a dining table for four. From here there is the master bedroom, equipped with double bed, fitted double wardrobes and French doors that lead out to a Juliet balcony. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, with full size bath and overhead shower.
Directly opposite the lounge there is a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday, there is even a dishwasher.
A short hallway leads on to the second bedroom which is equipped with two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. There is also a second bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
There is access to the covered terrace area from the lounge via French doors. The terrace has a table for four, for outdoor dining, a smaller table for enjoying a cool drink while watching the sunset. There are also two reclining sun loungers. The terrace is ideally placed with stunning far reaching views of the mountains and surrounding areas. When the sun is shining it enters the terrace from mid day onwards making it perfect for those wanting to enjoy the sun and views late into the evening. Perfect for al fresco dining in the sun and watching beautiful sunsets!
The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the lounge. There are also four sunbeds available for use by the pool.
There is also an allocated parking bay within the complex for one car, directly in front of the apartment.
