A beautiful, bright and spacious 3 bed, 2 bath apartment located in the Marina de la Torre area of Mojácar, close to the beach and the traditional port town of Garrucha and its famous red prawns.

The apartment is located on a secure, gated community and is accessed by three flights of stairs. We enter the apartment into the bright, spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.

The lounge is furnished with two large comfortable sofas and flat screen TV. From here there are two sliding patio doors that lead out to a good-sized East facing terrace with great sea views, a perfect place to watch the sunrise over Mojácar. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, a small sofa and an awning for shade.

The dining/kitchen area has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay, hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and even a separate pantry for staying well stocked.

From the kitchen the corridor leads to the three double bedrooms, two of which have access to an enclosed terrace with views across the Golf Course and towards the mountains. There is a separate laundry room off this terrace also.

The third bedroom is a good size and although does not have a window there is a motorised skylight for light and ventilation.

There are two modern bathrooms one equipped with a full-sized bath and overhead shower and the other with a large walk-in shower with glass screen.

There is a staircase from the living room that leads to the huge private roof terrace with almost panoramic views. This terrace has sun-loungers for soaking up the Mojácar sun, outside dining areas (one with an awning to give shade) and there is also a small fully equipped kitchen for preparing for your barbeque or cooking the perfect paella!!

The urbanisation has beautifully maintained communal gardens and two swimming pools which look over the Golf Course, there is also an onsite Gym with sauna for your use.

The apartment also has an allocated underground parking bay.

It is ideally situated for those who want the convenience of amenities and the beach close at hand but also want peace and relaxation… and obviously, ideal for the keen Golfer!!

***This property may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties because of the number of stairs, or for families with small/young children as the stairs from the lounge to the roof terrace do not have a handrail***
