The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Mojacar Playa, just a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants, shops and golden sandy beaches. This lovely apartment has air conditioning in the master bedroom, and lounge, the lounge also has a ceiling fan.
The apartment is situated on an attractive complex with a kidney shaped communal swimming pool surrounded by a well kept gardens.
The apartment consists of an open plan lounge, dining area with doors on to the south facing terraces with fabulous mountain & sea views. The terrace has a table and chairs for 4 and two sun-loungers for soaking up the rays! There is also an awning to give shade for al fresco dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave/convection oven, electric hob, washing machine and fridge freezer etc.
The sleeping accommodation consists of a double master bedroom and a single room.
There is A/C in master bedroom and in the lounge.
