Decorated to a high standard this gorgeous apartment has 2 bright and spacious bedrooms, the Master has an en-suite bathroom, the second is a twin, both have built in wardrobes. There is a separate family shower room, a comfortable lounge dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The lounge and both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, and from here there is a staircase to a huge roof terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views. The resort is built around the Playa Macenas Golf course, which is sadly no longer in use.

Playa Macenas beach resort is five minutes drive along the coast from our office in Mojacar in the province of Almeria. This is a great location for a quiet, family friendly, calming, and relaxing holiday. The complex is quite different than the majority found in Spain with its superior build, architectural design, and high-quality finish. The complex is safe and secure with 24-hour security. Located within a nature park, it is perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors, including walking or cycling.

The property also benefits from two communal pools onsite, for use all year round.
