Are any of the properties suitable for disabled passengers?
Are any of the properties air-conditioned?
The majority of our properties are fully or partly air-conditioned. Please refer to each individual property description page for more information.
Do the properties have irons, ironing boards and hairdryers?
All of our properties have irons and ironing boards. However it is recommended that you take your own hairdryer.
Will there be a Blue Sea Villas representative at the resort if there are any problems?
Yes. Blue Sea Villas are based in Mojacar so there will always be a member of the management team on hand 24 hours a day.
Are cots and highchairs available?
We can arrange standard travel cots at a rate of 25€ per stay (does not include linen) and highchairs at 25€ per stay. (please book these direct with Blue Sea Villas)
Do the properties have safety deposit boxes?
Not all of our properties do. Please refer to the property descriptions page which has a full breakdown of the facilities available.
Are towels and linen included?
Bed linen and bath towels are supplied at all of our properties.
Property towels are not to be used for the pool or beach. You can either bring your own beach towels or to save weight in your cases we can hire them to you for only 5.00€ per towel for the duration of your stay.
Can welcome packs be purchased?
For those with a late arrival time or if you would appreciate some grocery essentials waiting for you when you arrive, then we have 3 levels of welcome packs available for purchase.
Standard – 35€
Sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, jam & butter. 2ltr water, 1 ltr fresh milk, carton of orange juice, fresh loaf of bread, packet of biscuits, bottle of red wine.
Premium – 45€
As standard pack plus – bottle of white wine, bottle of cava, 1 additional 2ltr water,
As premium pack plus – 12 pack of beer, 1 additional 2ltr water (6ltrs), 1 additional fresh milk (2ltrs), eggs, cheese, serrano ham, pate, box of cereal, crisps, tub of butter, 1 additional pizza (2).
Are transfers /car hire included?
We do not include transfers or car hire in the rental cost. We can arrange airport transfers for you at a very reasonable price and we can also liaise with local car hire agents on your behalf.
What time is the property available from and what time must it be vacated?
Your property will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.
Can I book online?
We do not have the facility to make a booking on our web site, as we prefer to speak to each of our clients to ensure you have chosen the correct property for your individual requirements. Please feel free to e-mail your enquiry and one of our reservations staff will respond to you as soon as possible.
Can I book my own flights?
Yes, of course you can! One of the great advantages of booking your holiday with Blue Sea Villas is that we do not include travel arrangements as part of our holidays. This gives you greater flexibility to plan your holiday exactly as you want it to be.
Is there a breakage deposit payable?
Yes. We require a refundable deposit of 150€, 200€ or 300€ on each of our properties. If there haven’t been any breakages or damage to the property, a full refund of the deposit will be made within 21 days of vacating the property.
Can I book a property at the last minute?
Yes, no problem at all. If the villa or apartment is available on your required date, it’s all yours! If booked within 8 weeks of arrival, the full rental fee and deposit is required at booking.
When is the final balance due?
The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.
What deposit is required to confirm a booking?
A deposit of 25% of the total property rental is required.
Can I hold an option on a property?
We are able to hold short provisional options on one villa for 48 hours.
