This quaint Moorish style villa is situated on a small complex in the stunning Sierra Cabrera area and is only a stones throw from the community swimming pool with a couple of allocated sunbeds by the pool.

From the pool terrace venture up a few steps to a spacious entrance terrace ideal for alfresco dining with the gas BBQ where you can enjoy views of the pool and mountains beyond.

The main entrance door leads to the bright lounge with a SMART TV with Spanish, French, German and many other country TV channels, from here enter into the fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, the kitchen then leads into a separate dining room. There is a storage room where the washing machine is located.

Leading off the lounge is a large double bedroom (135cm bed) with ensuite shower room, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Venture up the traditional Moorish style stairwell to the master bedroom (150cm bed) with ensuite shower room air conditioning and ceiling fan and safe.

Access to a large private terrace, again with those beautiful views across the Almanzora Valley below that has a bistro style table and chairs and a chill out area with outdoor sofa, chairs and table to enjoy the moonlit views.

Both bedrooms and the lounge are fitted with air conditioning. There is a covered private parking space. WIFI is installed at the property for all your internet needs and mosquito nets throughout.
