The terrace has a dining table for four and the terrace is equipped with fly screens to keep them at bay whilst you dine alfresco.  

There is a separate kitchen complete with all white goods and access to a small terrace.

The master bedroom, with double bed, fitted wardrobes also has access to the terrace that overlooks the pool.

The second room has two single beds, fitted wardrobe and access to the small front terrace.

The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk. Just a few minutes  drive to Vera town which is one of the best tourist destination in the Costa de Almería with a quaint and traditional feel to it with cobbled streets and authentic markets Vera Playa area boasts unspoilt Blue Flag beaches and benefits from over 320 days of sunshine each year. There are two main supermarkets within a 2 minute drive plus an abundance of bars, beach bars & restaurants in the area, some a few minutes  walk from the properties, and others a few minutes  drive, with the small fishing town of Garrucha (a 5 minute drive away) being particularly renowned for its speciality sea food restaurants.

Away from the immediate area, are the local resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar Playa. These coastal resorts are 5-10 minutes away, with fabulous sandy beaches lapped by the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. These offer further opportunities for sunbathing, water sports, shops, and an abundance of bars and restaurants specializing in freshly caught seafood, a must to see is the traditional Spanish village of Mojacar Pueblo, situated on the outskirts of Mojacar Playa, a pretty Spanish town set in the hillside overlooking the coast and beautiful mountain ranges.
