Entrance
Entrance to the property is via wrought iron double gates and then down a long driveway to a large parking area and turning circle, at the front of the villa. Ground floor
Entrance to the property is via steps leading from the main driveway onto a raised terrace, then leading to the front door of the property. Throughout the property there is internet access.
On entry there is a small hallway leading directly to the properties salon, dining room and kitchen. The salon, dining room and kitchen, whilst all separately defined as areas within the property, is very much an open plan area. It is fully air conditioned and also contains a fireplace for the winter months.
The salon is equipped with numerous settees, chairs and tables. Double doors to the rear of the salon lead out onto a raised terrace where there is both an outdoor dining area and a separate outdoor seating area.
