The lounge area has direct access to the courtyard and the front south facing terrace, from here far reaching mountain and country side views can be enjoyed for several kilometres, and a beautiful area to relax whilst enjoying the spectacular sunsets. A fireplace in the lounge is ideal for those cooler winter evenings.

The three bedrooms are doubles with the master bedroom ensuite in the main house and the other 2 bedrooms are in the annex.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan is installed in the lounge.

A private roof top solarium gives extra space for soaking up the sun or, just a 5 mins walk away is the community pool where guests at Casa Astedes have access to.

This property will not be suitable for families with young children because of the bedroom layout.
