This three bed, two bath, bright and spacious apartment rental in Mojacar Playa is located within a small secure community and a stones throw from the beach.
To enter this property there is one flight of stairs that leads us to the secure gate. Once through the gate the hall leads us to the main entrance of the apartment. On entering the apartment there is a reception hall where to the left we find the modern, open plan lounge and dining area. This space is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a dedicated workspace, large wall mounted flatscreen TV and a dining table for six.
From here there are large window to enjoy the sea view and access via French doors to the huge terrace. There is a covered area with an outdoor dining table for eating alfresco whilst enjoying the views of the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace wraps around the front where there is an uncovered balcony area for sitting and soaking up the sun.
The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped, there is also a serving hatch that connects the kitchen to the dining area.
From the entrance hall there is access to the three spacious bedrooms, the first of which is the master bedroom with double bed, large wardrobes, access directly to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite is modern with a large jacuzzi bathtub for two and a large separate shower.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed, a hanging rail and plenty of drawers for storing your holiday outfits.
The third bedroom is also double in size and is equipped with a single bed, with a pull-out bed underneath so can comfortably sleep two.
At the end of the hall, we find the family bathroom with walk-in shower.
This apartment is located on the flat, very close to local amenities and a two minute walk to the closest beach.
