Apartment – Mojacar Playa
This two bedroom, one bathroom first floor apartment with lift access is centrally located in an elevated position on Mojácar playa.
The apartment has a large terrace, allocated outdoor parking bay and is just a short walk to the community swimming pool.
On entering the apartment we find the galley kitchen to the left leading into the open plan lounge/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with integrated oven and microwave, electric hob, Krups coffee machine, fridge-freezer washing machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The lounge/dining area is spacious with French doors that lead out onto the terrace, which is also equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. There is air conditioning in the lounge as well as ceiling fans.
The main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage, located just off the lounge.
The twin bedroom is located opposite the kitchen.
The bedrooms are not equipped with air conditioning, though both do have ceiling fans to keep you cool on the warm summer nights.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.
The communal pool is located at the front of the complex.

Location
On the map below you can see the exact location of the apartment and from there you can link to Google maps to explore the surrounding area. The Las Ventanicas and Pueblo Indalo area of Mojácar Playa is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches, promenade and many excellent bars, restaurants and beach clubs. The commercial centre, medical centre and the main supermarkets are all a short distance away. It is only a few minutes walk from the apartment to the beach and amenities (there is a short hill on your return) and a few minutes drive will take you up to the Old Town of Mojacar where you will find magical small streets with pretty shops, bars and restaurants and a local market every Wednesday. Garrucha fishing village is also only a few minutes drive away. If you like to explore our landscape a little further, you can venture out to the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, Almeria, approximatley an hours drive, here you will find some incredible beaches in beautiful natural surroundings and old fashioned white washed villages with lovely little bars and restaurants by the sea. For winter sports fans you can be in Sierra Nevada, Granada in two and a half hours, ski in the morning and be back to the coast the same evening… where else could you do that?!
Golf
There is plenty to go at for our golf fans too! There are 3 golf courses within 5 minutes to 25 minutes drive away. Marina de la Torre in Mojácar, Valle del Este in Vera and Desert Springs in Cuevas del Almanzora. A little further you have another excellent golf course near San Juan de Los Terreros called Aguilon.

The nearest airport is Almeria, followed by Murcia, Alicante and Malaga.
