Casa Bretaña is a spacious semi-detached 3 bedroomed villa with private pool and larger than average patio area with plenty of space for 6 sun loungers and dining table and chairs and BBQ in order for guests to stretch out and relax on the south facing sun terrace. The villa is situated in a quiet location only a few minutes walk to the sea front, shops, restaurants, bars etc.

This lovely villa has recently been furnished to a very high standard by the new owners in a contemporary style. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and is fully air conditioned throughout. The ground floor features a large fully fitted kitchen with all the modern conveniences including a microwave, large fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher etc. There is also a separate utility room with freezer, fridge and washing machine.

The main living area consists of a large open plan lounge and dining area. The dining area seats six around a modern and elegant glass table with high-backed chairs.

The lounge consists of a stylish L – shaped leather sofa ideal for relaxing and watching the TV complete with English channels and Spanish TV.  Fibre wifi internet is also available at the property.

From the lounge double patio doors lead out on to the sun terrace with private pool. There is also a covered outside area with stylish rattan seating making it a beautiful spot to keep out of the mid-day sun.

The south facing terraced area captures the sun through most of the day and is equipped with an outside dining table and chairs set, sun loungers, shower and a BBQ. The pool is approx. 8m x 4m and is perfect for lounging around in enjoying a refreshing swim.

The ground floor also consists of a large master double bedroom with en-suite shower room with very large spacious walk-in shower cubicle. This bedroom also has its own separate set of patio doors leading out on to the terrace. There is also an additional shower room / WC on the ground floor.

The top floor consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom along with a spacious bathroom which has the benefit of a shower over the bath. From the bedroom at the front of the villa there are separate patio doors leading onto a large terrace with table and chairs with outstanding views overlooking the sea and surrounding area.  Ideal for an early morning coffee and just relaxing.  At the rear of the villa there is another covered sun terrace with outstanding sea, garden and mountain views.

This property is ideally located in a quiet and peaceful area yet is only a few minutes walk to the beach, the Parque Commercial and a large variety of restaurants, cafes, bars etc… enabling guests to enjoy the best of both worlds whilst staying in Mojacar Playa.

Parking is available directly outside the front of the property.
